Pick a small challenge together, a real reward, and sign it. HOW IT WORKS • Choose the challenge: a daily limit, a phone-free window (like dinner), app-free days, or a limit plus an activity, like reading a chapter. • Whoever takes it on picks their apps with Screen Time on their own iPhone. The selection never leaves their phone. • Each kept day is stamped on its own when Screen Time records it in full. Missing data never counts as kept: you review it together. • Reach the goal and the reward unlocks. The giver confirms they delivered it, and the winner confirms they got it.
