The White Noise Generator

The White Noise Generator makes steady, shapeable noise for sleeping and focusing. One screen, no ads, no account, and nothing to subscribe to. Slide from bright white noise through pink to deep brown, then soften the tone until it sounds like a fan in the next room. Set a sleep timer from the presets or any duration you like, and the sound fades out gently instead of cutting off. Play and stop fade too, so nothing is jarring in the dark. It keeps playing with the screen off and while you use other apps, with play and pause on the lock screen and in Control Center. Your settings are remembered between launches. The app collects no data and never connects to the internet.
