Tipsettle: Tip Tracker

Tipsettle is a private tip ledger for recording earned tips and matching delayed card-tip payouts to the shifts that earned them. Record a shift with cash retained, gross card tips, card-funded tip-outs, and an optional note. Keep the earning date separate from the later payment date. When a gross card-tip payroll line arrives, allocate it explicitly across the shifts it covers. Record partial payments, correct an allocation, and see which card tips are still pending without adding the payment as new income.
