TipSplit: Tip Splitter

TipSplit is a tip-splitting calculator for restaurant and service-industry teams (servers, bartenders, bussers, hosts, etc.) to fairly divide a shared tip pool among workers at the end of a shift. It solves the common problem of manually splitting cash/card tips by hours worked, points, weighted hours, or an equal split, with optional per-worker adjustments before the split. The app works fully offline and requires no account or sign-in for its core calculator. Core features and how to access them: - On first launch, a short onboarding screen introduces the app, then the main calculator screen loads.
