Open one of the apps you chose to limit, and the barrier quotes you a price. Pay it and the app opens for the time you bought. The rate escalates within a day. The first session is cheap. The fourth one is not. That prices binges without punishing ordinary use. Unspent tokens expire at 03:00. Yesterday's discipline does not fund today's scrolling.
