About Track Seaschool Server
Track Seaschool Server collects the GPS tracks of a regatta's boats and makes a video of the race on the map. Regatta and QR • The regatta name, the Telegram bot and chat, the recording period and the end time: in one QR for the crews' phones. • Show the QR on the screen, save it as a picture or send it to Telegram. The Finist school badge sits in the middle. • Take a whole regatta from its QR: scan it or load it from a picture. Tracks • Track files from Telegram or by hand; several files of one boat are glued together. • Obvious GPS spikes are left out; gaps in the signal show dashed. Race video • Every boat on an OpenStreetMap map with OpenSeaMap seamarks, the wind and the course marks. • The race report of Race SeaSchool: boat names, statistics during the race and the results. • An overview and a close-up; the size fits the Telegram limit and the video can go straight to the chat.…
