About TurfScore
TurfScore is a cricket scoring app for the games people actually play — turf bookings, gully games, tape-ball and box cricket, eleven who turned up and two sides to make out of them. WHERE YOU TAP IS WHERE THE BALL WENT The scoring pad is a plan view of the ground. Sixes sit over the rope, fours on it, singles in the ring, a dot on the pitch. Recording a delivery and recording its direction are the same tap, so every ball carries a wagon-wheel position without anybody being asked for one. BUILT FOR TURF RULES • A single batter can bat on. When a wicket falls and nobody is left to partner up, the last batter faces every ball and keeps the strike — there is nobody to cross with. • All out means everyone on the list is out, so a late arrival mid-collapse gives the side another batter. • Players can join either side at any point, from the squads screen or straight from the "who's next"…
