TurnoverNote: Cleaning Reports

Create a clear handover after every cleaning visit. TurnoverNote helps independent cleaners and short-stay turnover cleaners keep room checklists, before-and-after photos, and handover notes in one place. Create a job, record what happened, and share a PDF with your client. FOR REPEATED VISITS Start with a guest-turnover, regular-clean or move-out checklist. Change room names, add your own tasks, then reuse that checklist for the next visit. Each new visit starts with fresh checks, notes and photos. PHOTOS WITH CONTEXT Select photos from your iPhone photo library and label each Before, After or Issue. Take new photos with the iPhone Camera app first, then add them to your report. Reports label these photos as imported and show when they were added to the app. A USEFUL HANDOVER Export checks, photos, issues and notes as a PDF. Unchecked tasks remain visible.
