Ungasp: Breathwork App

Answer a few simple questions, and Ungasp builds a breath practice that's yours. Tell it how you feel, where you are, what you need and how much time you have, and it builds your session on the spot. When a practice finishes, Ungasp asks how it was. Too hard, and the next one is gentler. Too easy, and it goes a step further. Your recent breath holds set the length of the next ones.
