Unscroll: Less Scrolling

Unscroll helps you step away from distracting social apps, reduce habitual scrolling, and make more room for what matters. • Unscroll mode Start a timed pause for selected apps. They become available again automatically when the countdown ends. • Daily limits Set a Daily limit for an individual app, or a Total limit shared by all your selected apps. • Usage insights Review your Screen Time by day, week, and month to better understand your habits. • Flexible access When plans change, use five minutes of temporary access or one of your limited Magic keys to unlock early. Usage data is provided by Apple’s Screen Time. Unscroll does not see what you do inside other apps. Tips in Unscroll are completely optional. They do not unlock features, add Magic keys, or change any limits.
