UpDoc

UpDoc is a health assistant prescribed to patients by their healthcare provider to help manage medications between appointments. After being prescribed a treatment plan, patients can use UpDoc to log their health data and receive back instructions on how to manage their medications. Healthcare providers are kept informed about their patient’s progress. UpDoc is intended for patients aged 18 years or older who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or hypertension. UpDoc is available only when prescribed by your doctor. It’s important to note that UpDoc is not a doctor and does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical judgement. It only helps patients follow their healthcare provider’s prescribed treatment plan. Patients cannot contact their healthcare provider directly using UpDoc. In case of a medical emergency, patients should dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
