Vencio: Document Expiry

Vencio keeps track of the documents that expire: passports, ID cards, driver's licences, visas and residence permits, health cards, insurance policies, vehicle registrations, warranties and memberships. SCAN INSTEAD OF TYPING Take a photo and Vencio finds the expiry date. On passports and most ID cards, it reads the machine-readable lines at the bottom of the page and checks them, so the date is exact. REMINDERS AT THE RIGHT TIME Each type of document has a sensible first reminder: 9 months ahead for a passport, because many countries require 6 months of validity and renewal can take weeks; 1 month ahead for an insurance policy. You can change it for each document. Vencio reminds you again one week before and on the expiry day. THE WHOLE FAMILY Add a profile for each person: children, partner, parents. See at a glance what has expired and what needs renewing soon. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No…
