Vigil: Operations

Vigil gives facility teams one mobile workspace for the work that keeps buildings running. SEE WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION Review operational issues, asset condition, telemetry health, notifications, and assigned work without returning to a desktop. MOVE WORK FORWARD Create and update issues and work orders, coordinate service providers, review evidence, and follow work through approval and payment. RUN INSPECTIONS IN THE FIELD Complete walkthroughs, manual temperature checks, compliance rounds, and asset capture with guided steps and photo evidence. KEEP WORKING OFFLINE Capture supported field work when connectivity is unreliable. Vigil queues eligible changes and makes sync state visible when service returns. Vigil is publicly listed and requires an account provided by a participating organization. Available features depend on your role and organization configuration.
