If you want it, your steps and active calories come in from Apple Health, so your progress is even easier to follow. Tell Vitek when you are free, ask to move a session, and get a reminder before each one. This is a coaching app, not a medical service. Calorie and nutrition figures are estimates. Accounts are created by Vitek for the people he trains in person. There is no public sign-up.
