VocabKuizu: Vocabulary Game

VocabKuizu is a vocabulary game you play with your hands. Hold your phone up, read the word, and tip it forward when you know it. Tip it back for "Not sure" — you'll see the definition, and the word comes round again later while the answer is still fresh. A round is fifteen words and about a minute. It feels like a game because your whole body is in it, not just your thumb. HONEST SCORING Most flashcard apps take your word for it. That's how you end up feeling ready and then blanking on the day. VocabKuizu counts only the words you knew on sight. Words you recovered on a second pass, or answered after a hint, are shown separately — useful to know, but they don't inflate your score. EVERY WORD HAS A HINT Press and hold a word to see its root and origin. "Obsequious" is Latin ob- (toward) plus sequi (to follow).
