WalkThen helps you reduce automatic app opening without deleting the apps you enjoy. Choose an app to protect. Carry your iPhone and walk. Every 500 verified iPhone steps earns 10 minutes by default. Spend earned minutes on a timed access session; when it ends, WalkThen protects your selection again. The free plan includes one app, the 500-step-to-10-minute rule, and 5- or 10-minute sessions.
