A training log you film. Wauw is a camera app for strength training. You film the set in the app. Weight, reps, exercise and date are saved with the video, so there is nothing to type up afterwards. Video gallery – Every recording sits in one gallery. Filter by exercise, date or record, and watch or compare lifts. PR tracker – The app marks PRs and rep maxes automatically, based on what you have lifted before. Sharing – Videos are private by default. You choose private, followers or friends for each one. If the app finds faces in the frame, it tells you so you can blur them before you share. Sessions – Film a single set, or collect a whole workout with several exercises in one session.
