WrenScribe for iPad

WrenScribe is a private, on-device scribe for provider-patient consultations. It records audio from the built-in microphone, transcribes it in real time, detects standard medical terminology, and builds a reference aid on your iPad: a structured clinical note, action items, term glosses, and suggested billing codes. Everything is generated on your device with local models (Whisper + a small local language model). No cloud. No accounts. Your audio, transcripts, notes, and any saved recordings stay on the device, encrypted at rest behind a 6-digit PIN you set. There is no telemetry, no analytics, and no advertising.
