One hexagram a day. It comes from the Sun: the app works out where the Sun stands at noon and reads the hexagram and the line it falls in, on the wheel that sets the sixty-four around the Sun's yearly path. It stays the same all day, and there is no button to draw another. Open the app in the morning, look at the card, read what it shows, and keep the question with you. TODAY FROM THE SUN The Sun moves about one degree a day, so the line moves on every day, now and then by two, and the hexagram changes about every six days.
