Use iPhone on its own or with its optional Apple Watch companion. FEEDING AND DIAPERS Record formula bottles, expressed breast milk or nursing. Choose mL or US fl oz for bottles; keep nursing side and duration separate from milk volume. Start with your usual amount and adjust the actual time. For diapers, choose wet, dirty or both; each entry counts as one change. SLEEP Start sleep and confirm waking with the current time, or adjust either to what actually happened. Sleep spanning midnight is divided across the days it covers. Live Activities can show elapsed sleep on the Lock Screen and supported Dynamic Island.
