ZANADA Customer is the ZANADA ride-booking app for private customers and authorised company, office and hotel accounts. With the app you can: • Sign in to an existing account or complete a new customer registration. • Request an immediate ride or schedule one in advance. • Choose pickup and destination points using the map or your current location. • Select the required vehicle type and an available payment method. • Follow your request status and receive driver details and notifications after assignment. • Track the trip and manage cancellation according to its current status. • View current, scheduled and previous trips. • Contact the support centre from within the app. • Use the app in Arabic, Hebrew or English.
