Zarok is not a day counter. It's a word you give yourself for a set term — 7, 14, 30 or 90 days — and keep. No sweets, no cigarettes, no scrolling till dawn, no late coffee — or a vow of your own: what to fight is up to you. Every vow ends, and the ending is honest — we'll tell you how it went. HOW IT WORKS One question a day. In the morning Ember reminds you the vow is on; in the evening it asks: did you hold? One tap to answer, and the day is closed. No reports, no ticking boxes ten times a day. Ember is with you. A small fire that grows with your days: spark, flicker, flame, bonfire, beacon.
