Zwync

Zwync gets your indoor rides out of Zwift and into Apple Health and the training apps you already use. Sign in with your Zwift account and your recent activities appear in a simple list, grouped by day and week. Tap a ride to see its distance, time and route on a map, then choose where it goes. SAVE TO APPLE HEALTH • Add a ride to Apple Health as a cycling workout, with its route, distance, heart rate, power and cadence. • Zwync remembers what it has already saved, so a ride never ends up in Health twice. • Rides saved to Health count towards your Activity rings and show up in the Fitness app. SEND TO YOUR OTHER APPS • Open any ride's FIT file in HealthFit, Strava, TrainingPeaks, Garmin Connect or any app that accepts FIT files. • Set a default app and send a ride there with a single swipe.
