Titan: HRV Health and Fitness

Titan turns your Apple Health data into a few numbers you can read each morning. It works with data from Apple Watch and other compatible wearables that write to Apple Health. Today is the home screen. It shows: • Recovery, sleep, exertion, steps and net energy • Vitals: HRV, resting heart rate, respiration and blood oxygen • Stress and heart rate zones Tap any metric to see its history and a Help page that explains it. Titan Age is a weekly wellness estimate built from your recorded health metrics. It is intended for general wellness and does not diagnose a medical condition. Trends shows your history over time. Workouts lists the workouts recorded in Apple Health. Journal lets you track daily tags, stored locally on your device.
