SHAPE OS by Fit By Sci

Stop doing it alone. Stop guessing whether what you're doing is even working. I built this app out of my own weight-loss "dad"venture, to help other parents get into SHAPE the right way and keep it off for as long as they want. WHAT'S IN THE APP Food log with a barcode scanner. Macro targets set from your own numbers and your goal. Training programs you follow and log from your phone. Daily check-ins. Progress tracking: weight, measurements and photos. Apple Health sync. It's optional. HOW TO GET IN Already a Fit By Sci(ence) member? Sign in with your member login. New here? Buy full access to the app once, inside the app. No subscription. The in-app purchase covers the app. Coaching and the community are not included.
